A jacuzzi moment to cherish

The spacious Jacuzzi Suite was a delight! We loved the two TVs, modern finishes, and breakfast in bed was a treat.

The view from our room was disappointing, facing the drive-through, and noise from the entrance was a bit intrusive.

We had a fantastic family stay! The rooms were spacious and bright, which was refreshing. My grandchild loved the pool after we visited the nearby Valley Golf Course, and the breakfast spread was out of this world. Fresh fruit and Cinnabon buns hit the spot!

My kids wished for more indoor activities for rainy days.

The pool area is nice, especially the warm hot tubs. The breakfast variety is excellent with many delicious options. Our room had a bit of noise from the hallway, which made it hard to sleep. Conveniently located near several shopping spots and the golf course.

The location allows easy access to stores and restaurants, making it convenient for families. The expansive rooms, well-lit with ample natural light and equipped with a pull-out couch, were perfect for our family of five. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a delightful variety including hot Cinnabon buns and veggie omelettes. However, staying on the lower floors led to noise disturbances early in the mornings from above, so I recommend requesting a top-floor room for a quieter experience.

my stay at holiday inn express was fantastic! we were close to shopping and dining, which made everything super convenient. the room was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly. i absolutely loved the heated, indoor pool and the whirlpools—it was such a great way to unwind after a long day!

I truly enjoyed my stay as the rooms were super modern, clean, and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The heated pool and two hot tubs provided perfect relaxation after a long day. The only thing I'd suggest is checking the air quality in the pool area, as the chemical smell was a bit strong, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊

i really enjoyed my stay, as the rooms were clean and modern looking, and it was just a short 3 km walk to the beautiful japanese gardens, which made my strolls even more delightful.

The King jacuzzi Suite features an immaculate design with clear recent renovations, offering excellent comfort with labelling options for pillows. Breakfast options are unbeatable, including Cinnabon buns, omelettes, and an efficient pancake machine, all complemented by a checkout time of 12 PM for a relaxed departure.

The pool area, while pleasant, had a strong chemical smell that might be off-putting for some. Additionally, early morning noise from the hallway could disturb light sleepers. it’s best to ask for top-floor rooms to minimize this issue. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience remains enjoyable.
